Women who face unplanned pregnancies should have all the information they need to be completely informed before they make the irreversible decision to have an abortion. The counselors at these offices understand what you are going through because they have helped many women facing similar situations. Some of them have been through unplanned pregnancies themselves. They are concerned with your feelings about being pregnant and are there to guide and support you during your planning and decision making. Above all, you can be assured that everything shared will be kept confidential. In addition, these centers offer free pregnancy testing and some offer ultrasound imaging.
